This will enable you to get a glimpse of what the finished space will look like as well as make adjustments before we proceed.

Our next phase is taking the information that we gathered both during the consultation and the concept and we apply it in a 3D environment to give you a complete idea of what the finished space will look like through a basic “fly-by”.

Estimating
This phase consists of us coming up with pricing for the project that also includes options on materials as well as equipment.

Work will actually begin. As we begin work on your project, we provide behind-the-magic construction photos to allow you to see how we work. This process is designed to represent honesty in our services and the integrity of our work.

During the construction phase our superintendent will constantly monitor the progress of your job and will also be available to answer any questions you might have.

Completion

We wrap up all small details and provide a completion of service consulation with you to cover the scope of the project. We also run through any instructions on the function and/or maintenance of your new pool, spa, electrical options, etc.
